2. Are the students of JSC enrolled through the College Entrance Examination? Is there any difference between the students of JSC and those in other schools?
A: Students of JSC are recruited by Shandong University, Weihai (SDUW) through the College Entrance Examination. There is no difference between the students enrolled in JSC and those in other schools.

A: JSC adopts flexible teaching models including "4+0" and "3+2".
(1) In terms of the "4+0" model, the students study in JSC for 4 years, and the major courses are jointly delivered by the teachers from SDU and ANU. After completing their studies and meeting the relevant requirements, the students will obtain the undergraduate diploma and bachelor's degree from SDU. JSC encourages and supports students to participate in short-term overseas learning programs.
(2) In terms of the "3+2” model, after they have completed three years of study in JSC and meet the relevant requirements of ANU, the students will be selected to continue their study in ANU for the following two years. After completing their studies and meeting the relevant requirements, they will obtain the undergraduate diploma and bachelor's degree certificate of SDU and the bachelor's degree certificate and master's degree certificate of ANU.

7. What is the proportion of courses taught by the teachers of ANU?
A: ANU will assign professional teachers to teach offline more than one third of the major courses in JSC. These courses will be mainly delivered for year 2 and year 3 students. At that time, the students with academic and English capacity will be able to adapt to the courses taught by ANU teachers.
8. Is language certificate required for the students who choose the "3+2" model to study in ANU?
A: JSC offers academic English courses recognized by ANU. The students who have completed the courses and passed the examination do not need to provide IELTS or TOEFL scores for studying in ANU.
9. In the "3+2" model, is the bachelor's degree of ANU an honor degree or an ordinary one?
A: It’s an ordinary one. In order to get an honor bachelor's degree of ANU, students are required to take many difficult courses for a long time, and only a few graduates get it every year. Since the students of JSC study in ANU for two years during which time they take the undergraduate courses for only half a year and the master courses in the remaining one and a half years, they cannot obtain an honor bachelor's degree.

A: Yes, they can participate in the short-term overseas experience program organized by SDU during holidays. However, if they want to participate in any study visits for one semester or more, they must participate in the visiting program to ANU designated by JSC.

A: Yes, the students of JSC enjoy the SDU policy of guaranteed admissions for graduate programme.
12. Can the students of JSC apply for the scholarships set up by the university?
A: The students of JSC can compete for various scholarships set up by the university. In addition, JSC has also set up various college-level scholarships to encourage students' learning and development as well as overseas exchanging activities.
13. What kind of textbooks are used by the students of JSC and What is the fee for the textbooks?
A: The general textbook purchase policy of JSC is the same as that of other schools. In some courses original foreign textbooks are adopt, and the students can decide by themselves whether to purchase them or not. JSC provides some original foreign textbooks for the students to borrow. Besides, they have access to the online electronic materials of ANU.
14. What about the tuition fee and living expenses when students study in JSC and ANU?
A: The tuition fee is ¥45,000 per academic year when students study in JSC. SDUW provides the accommodation on campus, and the dormitory is equipped with air conditioners. The accommodation fee is ¥800 ~1,000 per academic year. During the period of studying in ANU, the tuition fee for the "3+2" model is to be subject to what is announced on the official website of ANU in that year, and meanwhile ¥3,000 is to be paid to SDU per academic year as the registration fee. After graduating from SDU, the students need to pay the tuition fee to ANU only.
