The SDU-ANU Joint Science College held 2023 Spring sports event and college trials for the 33rd Campus Track and Field Event successfully on the campus sports ground on 8 April. Ms. Wang Wei, Deputy Party Dean, and all the counselors and students participated in the event.
The event included 100 Metres, 200 Metres, 400 Metres, 800 Metres, 1500 Metres, 3000 Metres, long jump, triple jump, high jump and throwing competitions. All the student athletes spared no efforts to winning while following the sports ethics and rules. They fully completed all the tasks in the spirit of fairness, openness and solidarity.
The college has attached great importance to the students’ physical education and has made detailed preparations for the sports meeting to ensure a positive and safe one. The successful holding of the college Spring sports meeting will contribute to improving physical education for the young people and promoting all-around development of recreational and competitive sports as well as progress in culture and ethics at the college.
