Liu Zhiming, Dean of Aulin College of Northeast Forestry University, and his delegation paid a visit to SDU-ANU Joint Science College to exchange views on the operation of Chinese-foreignon cooperation in higher education on January 12, 2022. Executive Dean Lv Guangshi, Party Dean Liang Fengjun, vice deans Chang Xiaomei and Bai Ming, Deputy Party Dean Wang Wei and other staff attended the meeting.
At the meeting Lv Guangshi briefly introduced the general situation of JSC, such as the organizational structure, undergraduate programme, enrollment, teaching staff and talent cultivation. He said the two colleges had encountered some common problems in the course of development and could share the solutions and learn from each other. Liu Zhiming introduced the operation of Aulin College and hoped to learn the successful experience and practices from JSC through this visit. Then the participants had an in-depth exchange on such issues as operating system, building the teaching workforce, Party building, raising the quality of talent cultivation, curriculum implementation and enrollment promotion.
Liang Fengjun concluded that from the discussion the two parties had a full exchange of views and valuable experience. Hence, the two colleges will continue more exchanges and visits to promote cultivating excellent international talents.
